I had such an awesome time last week, I find I am having a hard time writing about negative things, like cyberbullying and smear campaigns…So, today I won’t.
I’ve learned the value of experiences. Once you get my age, you learn a lot. Though I haven’t always seen things clearly, I am now grateful for things I never imagined I could be.
If it wasn’t for the liars, I wouldn’t know the qualities of trustworthy people.
If it wasn’t for the pain, I wouldn’t know the value of peace.
I learned the power of acceptance through my disappointments.
Every letdown has left me in the position to grow, and I am wiser because of it all.
I’m proud of myself, I have never been a quitter. I haven’t become bitter and have dared to stay open, and that has only made me better.
