You have every right to talk about what happened to you.
You’re not “smearing” anyone.
You’re not “being dramatic.”
You’re not “trying to ruin their reputation.”
You are telling your truth.
If they didn’t want anyone to know what they did,
they should’ve thought about that before they did it … again
and again.
They had choices.
They chose the harm.
They chose the lies.
They chose the betrayal.
You’re allowed to choose your voice now.
You don’t owe anyone your silence.
You don’t owe anyone your protection.
You don’t owe anyone the version of the story that keeps
them comfortable.
Your lived experience is yours.
And you’re allowed to speak it out loud if you need to.
