Poster: Grounding Techniques
I use these Grounding Techniques whenever I have anxiety and they work for me, in all situations I might find myself in.
I have this poster printed out and on my poster board my daughter-in-law gave me so I can see it every day but I have done this so often over the years, that it is now ingrained for me to do it when I feel overwhelmed.

You’re welcome. It is a handy resource to keep around. Sometimes, when my anxiety is really bad, I stick with the top one and find one thing I can focus on. I describe it in my mind (shape, colour) and by the time I am finished, I am calmer.
