Poster: Toxic Traits
It took me some time to see the patterns of this behaviour noted in this post from the toxic tenants I had at my last place of work, but once I did, I couldn’t unsee them.
I studied their websites online, and the words written there, for the past 4 years and came to see and understand all these traits being shown within the posts. It was eye-opening…
It would help if you watched for the patterns their behaviours show you, especially being critical of others, a lack of empathy shown towards someone struggling, and no care for other people’s boundaries.
“No means No” but not to these people. They will lay on the guilt, trying to get you to do what they want of you.
I am very hopeful that one day, toxic people won’t be able to get away with their behaviour, as there will be mechanisms in place to help the targets and people will be more aware!
