These days, I choose to live unashamed. I surround myself with people who understand what it means to be marked and who reject the idea that we should be diminished by it. I believe the best way to counter shame is to step fully into the light of my own truth and support others in doing the same.

Today is our 29th Wedding Anniversary!

Fire Update: Newfoundland & Labrador
For more than three weeks, fire evacuees have been out of their homes, clinging to hope while waiting for answers. Now, some have learned they won’t have homes to go back to.
