There’s something quietly powerful about beginning the day with gratitude. When we pause to notice the light, the air, and the rhythm of our own breath, life feels simpler—and more beautiful. Each sunrise reminds us that joy doesn’t always arrive in grand gestures; sometimes it’s found in the calm of ordinary moments.

I am grateful for the sunlight shining in my window this morning… It reminds me there is so much beauty in this world, when you take the time to notice. I even have my window open, and feel a soft breeze coming in.
