The past couple of weeks have been fantastic; there are no other words to describe it. I left on Saturday, Sept 21, 2024, on an early-morning flight to Toronto, ON (5:00 AM), and spent a few days with family there. A beautiful sunrise in Toronto greeted me!

I even went to Hamilton, ON, to see my youngest son and his wife, where I spent the day with them. It has been way too long since I saw them in person! I cried like a baby when I saw my son…

Then I caught a flight from Toronto to Regina, Saskatchewan, on Tuesday, Sept 24, where I stayed with my Dad for 10 days, and I was spoiled. Dad cooked me all my favourite foods, and they took me out to show me around SK.

I visited Saskatoon, Moose Jaw, and all around Regina. I saw so many beautiful places and met so many new people! I even went shopping! It was an awesome experience for me, and I will be forever grateful that I got to do this. Links to some of my photos are below!

I even went to a live Football Game with the Roughriders and had my picture posted on the Jumbotron there.

There was Lumsden and the Scarecrow Festival, The Tunnels of Moose Jaw and its many Muriels around the city too! We can’t forget the Sky that looks to go on forever! The land in Saskatchewan looks so flat, but it is also so beautiful.

If you ever get the chance to visit Saskatchewan, you should go! It is a beautiful province, and there is so much to see!

The only sucky part is that I came back with a cold that I am still recovering from. My voice has been gone the past couple of days, and my body hurts. I kept going on this trip with adrenaline and excitement, and now I need some time to recover. It was worth it, though, as I feel so much more relaxed.
