Please take care of your mental health as you would your physical health. We have a Doctor for everything, for that purpose! It is so important for a balanced life.
Never be ashamed that you need help getting through rough situations. Just as you don’t feel shame going to the Doctor for a broken bone, you shouldn’t feel bad about seeing a Doctor for broken thoughts.
On this World Mental Health Day, I hope you focus on yourself and what you need to live the life you want!

I am staying home today, taking some time to learn something new about mental health and how I can improve my own! I might even learn something new about myself!
