Share: “Tired of People Not Life” By Inspire and Thrive

This video explores the difference between being tired of life and being tired of people—a form of social fatigue that comes from constant emotional labour, one‑sided relationships, and interactions that drain more than they give. It explains that this exhaustion isn’t depression or burnout, but a psychological and neurological response to chronic overwhelm in social environments.

Watching this video helped me put words to something I lived through for years: I wasn’t tired of life — I was tired of the constant emotional strain of dealing with people who projected, demanded, and drained. This distinction matters.

Once I understood that my exhaustion came from carrying other people’s behaviour, not from any flaw within myself, everything shifted. Solitude became healing instead of isolating. Boundaries became clear instead of conflict. This video captures that turning point — the moment you realize your energy is worth protecting, and that stepping back is not giving up, but finally choosing yourself.

The core message: If you feel worn down, it may not be life itself—it may be the people demanding too much of your energy. Recognizing this difference is essential for long‑term mental health, boundaries, and self‑awareness.
