Some mornings call for a softer start, a reminder to move gently with ourselves.

“May this new day go easy on your heart, be gentle on your soul, comfort your worries, and grow your hope.”

There’s something grounding in letting those words settle – an invitation to breathe, to trust the quiet strength within us, and to step into the day with a little more grace.

It is going to be warmer today, going up to 8 degrees Celsius, so I am heading out to enjoy the weather while it lasts. The winds will be high, gusts to 80 km/h, but I don’t mind that. I’ll try to get some pictures of the snow banks, though hubby has told me they are starting to melt!

I am looking forward to feeling the warmer air and smelling the Atlantic Ocean in the air. I haven’t been downtown by the Harbour in a few months, and I miss it…It’s gonna be a fabulous day!
