Wow, time is going by fast these days. I’ve been busy this past week, and even got lost in watching YouTube Videos, even some on Trump. Everything I see and hear points to Trump being a toxic narcissist, and I have learned to laugh at their antics.
My Birthday!
I had my Birthday last week and it was awesome. I got spoiled by my hubby this year as he got me something I always wanted: seal skin slippers with sheep’s wool. They are beautiful and keep my feet very warm!
Seal skin products are handmade, and while not cheap, they are worth it for the comfort. Seal skin is very popular here in Newfoundland & Labrador!

My son and daughter-in-law came over with dinner and cake, and we had a great time! They got me a new purse, a cross-body style for all the walking I do, and the softest jammies I have ever had. I got quite a few calls, text messages, and even Facebook comments from family and friends. It was a fantastic 59th birthday! A milestone is coming next, the big 60!!

There is so much going on all around the world because of Trump. You can’t go anywhere online or on the news without seeing Trump’s name. He is getting the attention he wants… 🙂
As I mentioned before, there is a lot of narcissism in political leaders like Trump. Just listen to his boasting… No one boasts about Trump more than Trump, though his Cabinet Ministers come a close second… 🙂 I can’t watch that woman, the Press Secretary, at all, as she makes me cringe with all the lies she tells. The praise they give Trump is nauseating to see, to be honest with you.
From what I see, Trump is destroying the US Constitution and taking away the freedom of its people. He is destroying the trust and faith other World Leaders had in the US and isolating it in Trade and Tourism.
I know Canada will never look at the US the same, and Canada is moving away from the US, in all things, not just Trade. No more dependence on the United States. The US is no longer trusted on the World Stage. I see it online everywhere!
There is a nationalism in Canada like I have never seen. I see nationalism in all Countries around the World now! The “Buy Canadian” movement has grown all across Canada and is very strong here in NL. We are even opening Trade all across Europe and beyond. I have had oranges from Spain, which is new to me.
The InterProvincial trade is also a good thing and will be good for NL if they can lower the costs to ship here.
As you know, I live on an Island on the East Coast of Canada, in Newfoundland & Labrador (NL). As a result, we have to ship all our products here, and it isn’t cheap. Items have always been a bit more expensive here, as they add the shipping costs to us, the consumers. If they lower some of that, it will greatly benefit NL for InterProvincial Trade.
We have many Ports here able to accept container ships filled with products from anywhere in the World. I love watching the ships being loaded and unloaded in the Harbour when I am downtown.
I am glad to see that the Americans are starting to fight back, and in my opinion, Trump won’t be in power for much longer. He is breaking the Constitution and will be impeached for it, eventually. The World has forever changed in the past couple of months and will never be the same ever again. This is what a narcissist will do to a Country: burn it to the ground in their attempt to become a King. If you won’t kneel to him, he will try to wipe you out. He has become a Dictator.
Personally
I am content with where I am. I have become very happy with my life. I have regained my sense of self. I have faith in myself once again and know that words of recrimination from another do not define me. The criticisms and insults given by toxic people do not count to me, I now know what they do. Nothing anyone else does or says can ever hurt me, unless I let it. I have choices.
I am patiently waiting for the Smear Campaign against me to end, as I know it will. It will be 9 years now, come August. The toxic tenants lied about me so blatantly, and they continue to lie about others. Almost every person they have met since they have had an issue with them.
There comes a time when you have to realize these people are the problem, not you. I still have faith that they will be held to account for their nastiness they have shown towards others one day…
In the meantime, I am living my life! Spring is in the air, and warmer weather is here, with the rain! Exciting times ahead for me!! I have found my peace and no one disturbs it anymore.
