This video explains why I have stayed home so much over the past few years, it represents safety to me after being abused for so long.

It was my safe place to relax and where I could finally work on myself and rebuild my life. Safety is so important to me and it was only when I felt safe that I could finally discover what I need to work on to recover my mental health.
