Toxic Tenants and Changing Targets
I truly believe that when it comes to the Toxic Tenants I had as Bullies that they are the problem, not their many Targets. I don’t need to see the paperwork to know these people filed more allegations of racism and discrimination against these agencies and the people working there.
They are the problem, not anyone else!
I could also see them complaining over their eviction still and how they were being treated by everyone involved, claiming everyone was working “in cahoots” against them because they are an interracial couple.
To me, this behaviour has become very sad. they did this to themselves but will never admit it! They denied entry to an apartment they rented, as they didn’t like how I was doing my job, and even admitted to it, but they turn around and create such an elaborate fantasy to try and validate their decision to do that.
I will never understand it and I am glad I can’t! I am very happy I am not like them! They offer no accountability for what they do and try to blame other people for the state of their lives.
They actually feel they had a right to deny entry as the timing was “inconvenient” to them and they didn’t like how the work was being done. Then they proceed for years trying to prove that they had every right to deny that entry as they “had a feeling” I was racist and out to get them evicted by illegal means.
How could they have been “illegally” evicted when they admit they broke the rules to the LTB?
They provide no evidence for their claims, as there is nothing there. They outright lied about a “prior meeting” hoping that their false allegation would create doubt in people’s minds about me, not realizing that over time without any evidence to prove what they say, people would eventually doubt them instead.
All it takes is time for the truth to come out.
They have every intention of abusing the system, hoping to get a different result than the previous one, not realizing the more they file, the more they are damaging their own reputations instead! They are showing with their actions that they are the problem, not anyone else!
I got into the Canlii.org website this morning and found more “dismissed as abandoned” applications filed in 2019 that were filed against others in Ontario by the same people.
They are deliberately tying up the resources of the SJTO with their frivolous applications they had no intention of proceeding with! If they did, they would have done it right!
As the poster says, if you have the same problem with people over and over again, thinking that everyone is out to get you just because you are part of an interracial couple, the problem is you. It is not possible to accept that every person they meet is racist and out to get them!
I expect that these files are not the last to come in their names on Canlii.org and I for one will be watching for them to come as it shows me more evidence that the problem originated with them, not anyone else. Every chance I have, I will show the Gaslighting they do!
All of these files were sent to Human Rights Tribunals Ontario in 2018-2019 and as it takes time, they were determined recently. I can only imagine all the files that were not accepted in their names!
Unfortunately, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario is free, if it wasn’t, I am sure they wouldn’t have applied so often, against so many different people, the very same allegations of racism and discrimination that are in all of these. It is the ONLY reason you would file with HRTO so it is safe to assume that!
This is very sad to me but it verifies what I have been saying, they are vexatious litigants, out to cause harm to others out of spite, jealousy, and resentment. They filed on Queen’s Park in Toronto which holds the Legislative Assembly and the MPPS of Ontario, the Attorney General’s Office, the Deputy Minister of the Treasury Board Secretariat, and various individuals and Tribunals with the Social Justice Network of Ontario. The Jones below is my sister, as each of these individuals filed applications against her too.
This list doesn’t even hold the applications against me and others which represent the first of the applications they filed with this Tribunal. Look out, now that they know how to file these applications they will proceed to do so against anyone and everyone they can! It is free after all but I expect that to change soon!
They diss the SJTO, yet have no problem using and abusing their processes! They have shown they have no faith in the process, yet continue to file with their office against others.
Someone, at some point, will file for vexatious litigants’ decision against them as everything they do is harassment of others! I await that day!
What is a vexatious litigant in Canada?
A vexatious litigant is, by definition, someone who repeatedly files unfounded legal actions for improper purposes, which could include harassment.
I just hope the SJTO shares all of the applications listed in their names, so people can see the history of all the applications they file against so many people, alleging the same allegation so you can make your own determination, if you so wish to do so, about these Toxic People’s actions!
Toxic Tenants change their targets all the time these days, from apartment buildings to Tribunals, to various Government Officials, Federal and Municipal, to Veterinarians, to School Officials and School Boards, including children!
Yes, in some way, it makes me happy to see all these dismissed applications show up in their name, as it validates my own personal beliefs about what they are doing and helps me get over all the gaslighting they did. With all of these released decisions made and shared online for all to see, I become even more convinced they are Toxic people with narcissistic traits.
All of their actions fit the description of a Toxic person!
The more they do, the more they prove that they are the source of the problem!
