This post was written on April 30, 2020, for another site I had at the time. In this post, you can see where Tenant Bullies started twisting the stories, usually over items that were not possible for them to know, such as my job title.
Toxic Adult Bullies & Their Twisting Stories
I really didn’t understand how they could so confidently write this garbage, when it is very obvious they had no idea what they are talking about. I was hired for the position there, not them, yet they think they can write in this manner and have it accepted as it is.
This change was also when I noticed that these Tenants were becoming more personal, not just against how I did my job, but against me as an individual. With this document, they show very personal attacks on me and very extreme Gaslighting.
The antics of Toxic people to make the claim to know me on such a personal level as they do, when it isn’t possible, is how I knew they were being Narcissistic.
So it has now been determined and proven that once again the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has been deliberately lying and trying to deceive the HRTO into believing that she again was the victim of false allegations by the Applicants.
Toxic Tenants thought that writing out his many speculations in this document has “proven” that I have been “deliberately lying” over my job title when all I need is my Job Contract. This Job Contract I signed clearly shows my job title was that of a Superintendent, not a Property Manager.

This was the type of crazymaking that drove me a little nuts to be honest with you. It was very frustrating to deal with a person who behaves this way and goes by his own determinations, especially when their “facts” are so far from the truth!
Yes, they actually sent this document to HRTO during the process, but it wasn’t included in the stuff I got back from the Request for Info I did, so I assume it wasn’t accepted for their files. I was glad to see that HRTO wouldn’t accept this garbage!
Once I sent HRTO a copy of the Job Contract we signed, it no longer mattered what this man had to say about this topic, as my job title and duties, were all there in black and white. Nothing this man could ever say would ever convince anyone of his version of my job title!!
Toxic Tenants truly believed that making such blatant statements like this, and by adding (Property) in brackets, made it a fact to be believed.
How obvious can you get to try and convince total strangers that they knew my Job Title and Duties more than I did!!
It is again pretty obvious that in this posting in the buildings Notice Board. It clearly states that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy is the (Property ) “ Manager ”.
Their many toxic traits of severe Gaslighting and manipulation with word salads are on display very openly in this. Such nonsensical drivel I ever read in my lifetime is within this writing!!
Their convoluted questions, such as what I copied below, are how they manipulate others into their way of thinking. Questions like this are put there very deliberately, hoping to create doubt and convince you that their scenarios could be possible. To me, Property Manangement is an industry as a whole, not a job title, but of course they have to try and confuse things.
Why wouldn’t the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy say – I use the rules and regulations for Superintendents to speak for me?
Could this be a Freudian slip on behalf of the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy?
Is this her sub-conscious talking the truth about her actual position with Alto Properties Inc. as a Property Manager and not Superintendent like she claims?
I noticed something missing in this timeline I missed before. What happened on August 1, 2016, when they came the 2nd time to try and pay rent in cash? They didn’t think that meeting in person was pertinent, so left it out of this.
The Applicants agree and confirm that August 2, 2016 was in fact the “ 3rd time ” that they did have “ contact ” with the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy over the BBQ ban.
The 2nd time prior to this above meeting was on July 5, 2016 when the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy refused to take $121.00 cash from the Applicants for the remaining amount owed on their July rent, claiming that she was “ not comfortable ” with taking cash.
And the very 1 st time the Applicants had contact with the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy was in mid/late June 2016 when the Applicants attend the restaurant Dragon Handroll Buffet ( formerly known as Happy Panda Buffett ) which is located at the corner of Eglington and Brimley.
Yes, it is true I promoted myself as working for Property Management INDUSTRY at every turn, as that is what my job is part of, just as a Carpenter is part of the Carpentry Industry, and Electrician is part of the Electrical Industry, and Accountants are part of the Finance Industry.
They took the words of “property management” and make the erroneous conclusions that they did, as it was what they wanted you to see. It also isn’t the first time they said I was a narcissist either.
Making such claims as they did of “Stella Reddy is so confident in her own abilities to con people, that she even thought she could scam the HRTO into her favour” didn’t help them, as once again they are showing a familiarity with me that HRTO knew they didn’t have.
Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has always tried to portray the Applicants as pulling this title of Property Manager from out of thin air. When in fact, it is she, herself at every opportunity had boast and promote herself as the Property Management to whoever would listen or read it.
These deliberate false lies by the Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy only strengths the Applicants claim that this type of behaviour is indicative of someone who is a Narcissist.
Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy is so confident in her own abilities to con people, that she even thought she could scam the HRTO into her favour.
There was no way for these Tenants to know this, but I was not the ONLY person who had access to the office and its computer where the emails went. As it was the head office for Alto Properties Inc. all their physical mail came here, as well as all the emails, for all their properties, not just Kennedy Rd. All Tenant files were also located there in the office as well as all info for all other properties they owned, not just Kennedy Rd.
The Property owners also had access to the email of 859kennedy@gmail.com, as it was Gmail and accessible from anywhere by anyone who had the login info, which they had as well.
Blatant statements like this are made in hopes that you will accept their perspective when it is obvious they couldn’t know this information for certain.
” information that ONLY SHE USES!
Below, you will find a copy of the email received on January 13, 2019, showing Tenant Bullies trying so hard to prove his narrative over my job title. This is when Tenant Bullies started getting desperate to prove what a “liar” I was, not that I violated their Human Rights that they were asked to prove.
What lying and being a hypocrite has to do with violations of human rights, I have no idea!
“it is at this time the Applicants are done proving their case that the Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy is a hypocrite and a liar.”

We signed all letters and notices as “Alto Properties” which is not a job title as implied by these Adult Bullies below, but the management company registered under the property owners and our names, as we represented the property owners as staff. Alto Properties is a name. not a job title! It is no different that Timbercreek Asset Management, Greenwin Management, and Cogir Management, they are all names of a company and are included in any notice or letter sent to a tenant.
Never was there the word “property” in front of the word “manager” that I ever typed nor said at 859 Kennedy Rd, no matter how hard Adult Bullies tried to imply it was. I did manage the property yes, but as a superintendent as stated on my job contract.
Adult Bullies made his own personal assumptions, which are highlighted below, and he seems to think that just because he says it is true, then it has to be true.
Why is that I wonder? Is Adult Bullies that desperate that he has to spend pages writing about something he has no idea about?
Property management is the operation, control, maintenance, and oversight of real estate and physical property. This can include residential, commercial, and land real estate. Management indicates the need of real estate to be cared for and monitored, with accountability for and attention its useful life and condition considered. This is much akin to the role of management in any business.
Property management is also the management of personal property, equipment, tooling, and physical capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair, and maintain end-item deliverables. Property management involves the processes, systems, and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property as defined above including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization, and disposition.
I do know that Property Managers require certain certifications that I don’t have, and never did. I have been offered the position many times over the years just based on my experience, but I preferred working as a team with my husband and also getting a rent-free apartment with all the perks that came with that! Property Managers do not live on-site in an apt. provided as part of the job!
Actually, working with this building was the first time I worked directly with the property owners, as I usually worked for a company hired by the owners to look after the building.
Adult Bullies states that my husband changed his title from Alto Properties to Superintendent. Alto Properties didn’t change, it was still there as it is the name of the company, not a job title! It was changed to be more specific due to Adult Bullies’ manipulations.
It was and always will remain Alto Properties that manages the building as that is the name the owners put on their company, not the building itself.
I know what my job title was with Alto Properties Inc, Adult Bullies can speculate all he wants and waste time doing so! It won’t make what he speculates, true!
It would be no different from someone coming into your place of work and trying to convince you that you have a different job title than what you were given on your job contract! All because this person’s ego is so big that they are convinced they are right, not you and the person who hired you! This is what Adult Bullies do!

“The Applicants would likely to quickly address a topic that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy had brought up on numerous occasions.
Reviewing the Notice of Entry’s dated
- ( Exhibit # 1 ) August 29, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 2 ) September 02, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 3 ) October 04, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 4 ) October 07, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 5 ) October 17, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 6 ) October 18, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 7 ) October 19, 2016
- ( Exhibit # 8 ) August 24, 2017
- ( Exhibit # 9 ) September 01, 2017
The HRTO can clearly see that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy and her husband Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager have personally signed every Notice of Entry with the title of ALTO MANAGEMENT under their signatures.
According to the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy she never had the title of “ Property Manager ”
It would be interesting to know if the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy and her husband Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager where not Property Management than what was their Management title?
( Exhibit # 10 ) What the Applicants found extremely interesting is that in October 2018 Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Russell Reddy gave up his job title of “ Alto Management ” to now go with the job title of “ Superintendent ”
It appears to the Applicants that Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager R decided that 3 1/2 months after the Applicants filed their HRTO complaints against his wife, the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy.
He now wanted to changes his job title from “ Alto Management ” to “ Superintendent ” on the buildings Notice of Entry forms.
It appears to the Applicants that this sudden change in job title could be viewed as being done in hopes of helping support his wife, the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy claims that she was not a “ Property Management ” but that she was a the “ Superintendent ” who had a limit role within the building.
If alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy and Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Russell Reddy were always “ Superintendents ” while the sudden job title change from of “ Alto Management ” to “ Superintendent ” after 2 years?
( Exhibit # 11 ) No later than July 01, 2017 the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy posted a sheet for Alto Properties Inc. in the buildings Notice Board where she stated;
( Exhibit # 12 ) Alto Properties Inc.
#100 – 859 Kennedy Rd. Scarborough, ON M1K @e3 Phone: 416-752-3030
Fax: 416-757-0539
Email: 859kennedy@gmail.com
Owner: Louie & Anthony Liscio Manager: Stella Reddy
Emergency Contact: Stella & R Reddy
It is again pretty obvious that in this posting in the buildings Notice Board. It clearly states that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy is the (Property ) “ Manager ”.
And still to this very day the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has frequently claimed over and over, at least 7 times, that she was never the “ Property Manager ” but always a “ Superintendent ” at 859 Kennedy Road.
- ( Exhibit # 13 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in an email for the 1st time sent to the Applicants on June 15, 2018 “ Just so you know, I am not the property manager here, I am part of a building superintendent team. ”
- ( Exhibit # 14 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in her own document labelled “ August 15.docx ” sent to the HRTO on August 24, 2018 on page # 1 “ I was not a property manager ”
- ( Exhibit # 15 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in her own document labelled “ August 15.docx ” sent to the HRTO on August 24, 2018 on page # 2 “ Our duties were of a building superintendent ”
- ( Exhibit # 16 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in her own document labelled “ August 15.docx ” sent to the HRTO on August 24, 2018 on page # 11 “ Mr. & Ms. R were under the impression, by the application, that I was the property manager here but I was not ”
5. ( Exhibit # 17 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in an email sent to the HRTO on January 02, 2019 “ PS: I was just informed that the applicants have labeled me the ” Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy” in these papers which is incorrect. Being a Property Manager implies certain powers that I did not have while working for any property management company. My job description did not contain any management powers or control. My job contract states that I am part of a Building Superintendent Team and therefore had no control over anything with the property and this has been my job label since Sept 2000. ”
- ( Exhibit # 18 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in her own document labelled “ HRTO.docx ” sent to the HRTO on January 06, 2019 on page # 4 “ I also take exception to the label the applicants have given me, “ now alleged former Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy ”. Once again the applicants are going on their own agenda and giving me a label that would fit with their version than the actual facts. By giving me this label, they are giving me more administrative powers than what I actually had ”
- ( Exhibit # 19 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated in an email sent to the HRTO on January 05, 2019 “ Also, just because you label me as the “property manager” also does not make it so ”
- ( Exhibit # 20 ) So now let us please review the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy LinkedIn account that she has subsequently taken offline and put into private mode since no earlier than October 7, 2018 from being viewed by the public.
This appears to be around the same time that Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Russell Reddy made his job title change from “ Alto Management ” to “ Superintendent ” after 2 years of having the “ Alto Management ” title.
The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has the caption of “ Property Administrator, Property Management ” in the headline area of her account profile.
( Exhibit # 20 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has also under Experience“ Property Administrator at Property Manager Management ” in the experience area of her account profile.
Now it could be argued that the name on the account is Lorrie Reddy and not that of the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy.
( Exhibit # 21 ) Reviewing Instagram account under the same name Lorrie Reddy, there is a picture attached dated December 06, 2016. This picture is no one other than the undeniable alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy.
( Exhibit # 22 ) Even upon also reviewing the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy HRTO complaint date June 14, 2018 against the Applicants, she stated;
First Name : Stella Middle Name: Lorraine Last Name : Reddy
( Exhibit # 23 ) In reviewing an email sent to the City of Toronto Standards Officer Nicole Sweetapple dated September 07, 2017 at 9:11 pm the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated “ My name is Stella Reddy and I am the manager here for Alto Properties Inc. ”
Again the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy in her own words admits that she is the ( Property ) “ Manager ” at 859 Kennedy Road.
( Exhibit # 24 ) This is confirmed as City of Toronto Standards Officer Nicole Sweetapple sends an email on September 08, 2017 to the Applicants stating “ I did hear back from the Property Management ”
So it appears that when the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy was boasting that she was the “ Manager ” she was clearly trying to imply to City of Toronto Standards Officer Nicole Sweetapple that she was the Property Manager, and it worked.
The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy forwarded a document labelled “ August 15.docx ” to the HRTO on August 24, 2018.
( Exhibit # 25 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated on page # 1 “ My husband, Russell, and I have worked in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT looking after apartment buildings since Sept 2000 ”
Again this seems to indicate in the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy very own words that she and her husband have had a long career in “ Property Management ” and that includes working for Alto Properties Inc. owner Luigi Liscio and Alto Properties Inc. owner Anthony Liscio.
( Exhibit # 26 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy in her document labelled “ August 15.docx ” to the HRTO on August 24, 2018 stated on page # 10 “ I actually quote the regulations I copy and paste directly from the written rules, as I prefer the rules and regulations of property management to speak for me, rather than use my own personal words. ”
The Applicants find it interesting that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy relies upon “ the rules and regulations of property management to speak for ” her, despite she is allegedly a “ Superintendent ”
It should be noted that there is no “ rules and regulations ” specifically labelled with the words for “ property management ”, but interesting enough the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy used this particular term to describe the “ rules and regulations ” that she uses in her title as a “ Superintendent ”
On the topic of Freudian slips, one quick side note. The Applicants would like to point out another interesting piece of factual information stated by the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy in her document labelled “ RESPONSE TO Human Rights File Addition Aug 27 2018 ” sent to the HRTO on August 27, 2018.
( Exhibit # 27 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy stated on page # 1 “ I told the R’s way back when I first started here, and they got aggressive with me and started accusing me of lying over the BBQ regulations, that they don’t know me, nor do they know my history. I mentioned at that time that I have seen a BBQ tanks explode on a balcony and they didn’t believe me, they accused me of lying about my work history and was only saying stuff to make it look better for me to get tenants to do what I wanted. This conversation took place not long after I started working here and was probably only the 3rd time I had contact with these people. ”
This is when the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy and her husband approached the Applicants out front of the restaurant and used racially charged language when referring to their children and asking questions.
Could this also be a Freudian slip by the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy where her sub- conscious again spoke the truth about the real timeline of events? The same events that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy claims never happened?
Back to the topic of the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy and her false claims of being a “ Superintendent ”
( Exhibit # 28 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy in her document labelled “ August 15.docx ” to the HRTO on August 24, 2018 stated on page # 2 stated “ And I moved into the building and started working at 859 Kennedy Rd for Alto Properties Inc. June 29, 2016. Our duties were… look after the renting, administration, and common area cleaning and maintenance for the tenants in a 34 unit building. It is also our job to enforce the rules of various agencies such as Fire Safety, Property Standards, Residential Tenancies Act, ESA, Health and Safety as well as others. We also work with and take direction from the property owners on rental rates, office and cleaning procedures. There were some issues here, such as many tenants parking in Visitors Parking area and not in their assigned spaces, so we were asked by owners to clean it up, which we did. We also made some other operational changes over time with the help of the property owners in how the property was managed. ”
( Exhibit # 29 ) The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy in her document labelled “ Letter 303.docx ” to the HRTO on June 9, 2018 on page # 2 stated “ If all these things we are doing to manage this property ”
Again the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has just stated that she manages the property. So it appears to the Applicants that she is the Property Manager, despite her claims she is not.
And yet again, it appears that this is another Freudian slip by the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy by her sub-conscious who wants to tell the truth.
( Exhibit # 30 ) Now reviewing the 7 Responsibilities of a Property Manager from the website. https://www.thebalancesmb.com/what-is-a-property-manager-2124842
Each check mark will represent something that coordinates with the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy claims and responsibilities her at 859 Kennedy Road.
ü Rent Responsibilities
Dealing with rent issues is one of the most common responsibilities of a property manager. This includes:
- Setting Rent: The property manager is responsible for setting the right rent level to attract tenants to your property. They understand the market where the property is located and have looked at comparable properties in the area.
- Collecting Rent: They ensure optimal cash flow by setting a date to collect rent each month and strictly enforcing late fees.
- Adjusting Rent: The property manager can increase the rent by a fixed percentage each year, according to individual state and/or municipal law. They can also decrease the rent if they feel it is necessary.
ü 2. Tenant Responsibilities
Managing tenants is another core responsibility of a property manager. They are involved in all areas, including:
- Finding Tenants: Property managers are responsible for filling vacancies. They know where to advertise the rental and what to include in their ads. They also understand what attracts tenants, so they can offer tips to help makeover the property.
- Screening Tenants: Property managers should have a consistent screening process, including running credit checks and criminal background checks, which can decrease your chances of being accused of discrimination. Experienced property managers have seen hundreds, even thousands, of tenants, so they have a better idea of how to select the right tenants; those who will pay their rent on time, have a longer tenancy and create fewer problems.
- Handling Leases: This can include setting the lease term and making sure it has all the necessary clauses to protect the owner. This includes determining the amount of security deposit required.
- Handling Complaints/Emergencies: They are paid to deal with maintenance requests, noise complaints and they have the necessary contacts to handle emergency situations.
- Handling Move Outs: When a tenant moves out, the manager is responsible for inspecting the unit, checking for damages and determining what portion of the security deposit will be returned to the tenant. After move out, they are responsible for cleaning the unit, repairing any damages and finding a new tenant.
- Dealing With Evictions: When a tenant does not pay rent or otherwise breaches the terms of a lease, the property manager understands the proper way to file and move forward with an eviction.
ü 3. Maintenance and Repairs
The property manager must keep the property in safe and habitable condition. Property managers are responsible for the physical management of the property, including regular maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Property Maintenance: This includes performing preventative property maintenance to keep the property functioning in top condition. For example, they are personally in charge of, or must hire someone to, exterminate, check for leaks, landscape, shovel snow and remove trash. This maintenance aims to keep current tenants happy and attract new tenants.
- Repairs: When there is an issue, the property manager must fix the problem or hire someone else to do it. They often have a large network of reliable plumbers, electricians, carpenters and other contractors.
ü 4. Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law
Good property managers have an in-depth knowledge of statewide and national laws regarding the proper ways to:
ü Screen a Tenant
- Handle Security Deposits
ü Terminate a Lease
- Evict a Tenant
ü Comply With Property Safety Standards
- Supervising Responsibilities
NOT APPLICABLE Other Employees: If there are other employees in the property, such as a concierge or security personnel, the property manager is responsible for making sure they are doing their job. The property manager can set their salaries and even fire them.
- POSSIBLY APPLICABLE Vacant Properties: Property managers are often hired to look after vacant properties to make sure there has been no vandalism and to perform routine maintenance. They also make sure contractors and other repairmen are completing their work in a timely manner.
ü 6. Responsible for Managing the Budget/Maintaining Records
Property managers can be responsible for managing the budget for the building and for maintaining all important records.
NOT APPLICABLE Managing Budget: The manager must operate within the set budget for the building. In certain emergency situations when the occupants (tenants) or physical structure (investment property) are in danger, they may use their judgment to order repairs or likewise without concern for the budget.
- Maintaining Records: The property manager should keep thorough records regarding the property. This should include all income and expenses; list of all inspections, signed leases, maintenance requests, any complaints, records of repairs, costs of repairs, maintenance costs, record of rent collection and insurance costs.
NOT APPLICABLE 7. Responsible for Taxes
The property manager can assist the property owner with understanding how to file taxes for the investment property. The property manager can also file taxes for the property.
So upon reviewing the check marks from the 7 Responsibilities of a Property Manager. The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy can check off 82% of the required responsibilities for a Property Manager. ( 22 of 28 )
If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, sounds like a duck and acts like a duck… It’s a duck!
Now if this was not enough proof that the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy was in fact the Property Manager at 859 Kennedy Road. This should make any doubter believe.
( Exhibit # 31 ) On August 30, 2016 the Applicants emailed the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy and stated “ I would like the name of all the owners and their contact information for my application to the Landlord Tenant Board ”
The alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy replied on August 31, 2016 and stated “ Good Morning A, As requested, information is as below:

Please accept this letter as intended, for informational purposes and to show you the view of the camera in the elevator. I have attached a picture, that shows your door and apartment number but there is no way it shows inside your apartment, nor any others, even if the apartment door is opened fully. It is the same view on each floor and we tested the view when it was first installed with our neighbour, as we are aware of the regulations. This was taken with the device located in the elevator. This device takes pictures, not video, that are sent to software on my personal computer, and it does not record audio. We set it up this way so we can get pictures of whomever was vandalizing the elevator door. It works on motion detection and takes a picture of people entering and exiting the elevator, or anyone marking on the elevator door, and is not against the law. Due to the persistent markings of the elevator door we had to do something to catch them, especially after painting the door as vandalism is against the law and people can be charged for it. This was taken after someone left the elevator and went to enter your apartment, we can’t even tell who it is. It is not much different than the video taken from our camera system when someone enters an apartment, just from a different angle and isn’t in video. Actually, from our system I would be able to see whom it is entering your apartment.
There is a sign in the Lobby stating that we do have video surveillance on the property and as part of that we can have an camera in the elevator. Once the new elevator is installed it will have a camera installed like the others on the floors. We have a camera on each floor and thought the video don’t show each individual apartment number , or door, it is easy to see where people are coming and going if you know the building and here units are This is not illegal either and is in most buildings these days.
I hope this eases your mind. We cannot move it in the elevator as this camera requires direct sight to the problem area, which is the elevator door. We are working on getting the new elevator installed before the holidays so this camera will be removed at that time for a new one to be installed that works with our security system.
If you have any other issues, or questions, you are welcome to contact me.
Also, I was at your door this morning with Pest Control but there was no answer and the technician refused to enter as your dog was growling and barking, so your apartment was not treated.

So it has now been determined and proven that once again the alleged Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has been deliberately lying and trying to deceive the HRTO into believing that she again was the victim of false allegations by the Applicants.
Just like her newly made up claims about her “ as black as you can get ” nephew.
Again it appears that Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy tried to play the victim role in order to gain sympathy from the HRTO, like she has done other times in this complaint.
And yet again Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy has been proven to be a deliberate liar in her attempts to manipulate and fool the HRTO into believing she is not a racist or a bigot.
It is at this time the Applicants are done proving their case that the Alto Properties Inc. Property Manager Stella Reddy is a hypocrite and a liar.
