Welcome To My Blog!

If someone has ever tried to destroy your reputation, gaslight your reality, or weaponize the internet against you — hi, me too. This is a space for people who are done being defined by what others did to them. I write about narcissism, healing, mental health, music, Newfoundland, and whatever else is on my mind. Recovery doesn't have to be serious all the time. Come as you are.

My name is Stella Reddy, though I prefer my nickname, Lorrie. I am Retired and living in beautiful Newfoundland and Labrador.

Thank you for being part of this community - I'm grateful for each person who visits. I hope you find something helpful here during your own life's adventures. If not, at least I hope you find something interesting!
