“Someone You Loved” by Lewis Capaldi to me is a beautiful song. I love the music and lyrics to it.
We all find our own meaning in music and this song represented to me all the loneliness I felt for so long, standing in a crowd of people and not being “seen” for the nightmare I was stuck in. No one was willing to see the pain I was feeling and I felt very lost and alone.
In time, I gave up looking to be “seen” by others and concentrated on “seeing” myself. I learned to help myself…
