To share my experiences with what I believe to be inappropriate and Bullying behaviour by Toxic Adults I had as Tenants, I have developed a website.

The more I read the content online the more amazed I am at their audacity! They have no problem embellishing and outright lying in their content for more dramatic effect!

Grandstanding and grandiosity by Toxic Tenants I had!

This page is just more projection by KR & AR and contains so many speculations over every action I took in my job. They imply I should be mindful of their personal feelings, yet that wasn’t my job. People come and go from apartment buildings, so why should I invest my time in caring about them?

These Tenants are adults and it wasn’t my job to be considerate of their feelings over any building procedures that were put in place, nor was it my job to babysit them and ensure they got everything when THEY felt they should have.

As I have said before Toxic Tenants pick every action I did apart, and every word I wrote, with their little twists, expecting others to believe them. It is these very actions that will cause people NOT to believe a word they write, as there is no way they can say these things are facts.

They were Tenants, not friends, not even acquaintances, to be so familiar with my thoughts and actions as they pretend to be in all their written content.

Let’s see what this page shows shall we?

Hmm… does this comment mean KR was watching what I do or don’t do? Office hours were from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm so yes, as long as it is delivered during that time, it is good.

More grandiosity from KR, expecting me to treat them, and the notices I gave them, differently than I did everyone else and also trying to convince all that I was a “property” manager, just because he puts the word there! lol

Of course, I couldn’t be bothered to knock! Why should I? I wasn’t required to do so. Most Tenants worked regular jobs that took them away from their apartments for hours at a time, so they would not be home when I delivered Notices that needed to be put on their Door anyway.

As I said, KR picks every action apart and writes as if he was there, watching every move I made! How would he know that? All Notices of Entry have to go to the apartment door, and all LTB Notices and Forms are to go to the apartment door, but everything else went to the mailbox as they were not time sensitive.

KR giving me attributes once again that he wants people to believe I have. KR once again states what I am doing. He must be some mind reader to be able to do all that, hey? This also shows what a hypocrite he is!

 Worst possible way hey? As I said, wanted special treatment! 

Serving the Notice

The landlord must serve the notice of entry on the tenant personally, by registered mail, or by certified mail. or the landlord can post the notice in plain sight on some part of the premises (i.e. the door to the unit).

Wow, KR & AR must have some special items in their apartment that he feels I wanted to see! So many statements they make tell you they truly believe they are special people who have such important possessions that they believe others envy them.

Why do Toxic Bullies feel it is okay to tell others how to do their jobs? He speaks here like I had a choice over when a contractor could come! Maybe he thinks these contractors worked for the management company and that I could dictate to them when they could come to the property to do work.

Grandstanding again! Why should I care if the tenants were home or not? It wasn’t my job to babysit Tenants.

Wow, KR told the truth about something! I always stayed in the hallway, as there was no need for me to go in. Now, doesn’t this action of mine, of staying in the hallway, belay KR’s assumption that I wanted to get into his apartment to see what they have? Evidence once again of KR’s many embellishments and lies, claiming a familiarity they just didn’t have.

In fact the pest control technician was so impressed that when he left the unit to meet Stella Reddy in the hallway. He stated “this is one of the best units I has ever seen in regards to pest control”  and that she was “lucky to have such tenants in her building.” 

Wow, such hearsay! The receipt that was received from Terminex, that I wish I had right now, I had the technician write on the back of it the conversation he has with the tenant about having SO MUCH powder spread around and how when they walk, it gets disturbed and gets in the air to land on food, clothing, and how over time all this dust being spread can cause illness to people.

 Well, now, how would I know KR had too much powder down? If, as he says, the technician stated he did a good job, how did the “over powdering” come up for anything to be said by anyone about it?

Also, if the technician was so happy with KR’s laying out the powder, why didn’t he speak up in KR’s defence?

Again, KR is going to tell you what I am doing, as if he is inside my mind! I didn’t need to do anything, as I knew eventually it would come about that Toxic Tenants would be evicted, as they never stopped!!

 I am sure I would stick around and have a conversation with any of these people! Remember, I had many nasty interactions with them by this point and would not subject myself to their presence any more than I had to do so!

KR is nice enough to share the precautions on this page of the product he used for roaches in the apartment. As you can see here, it says “Avoid inhalation of dust”. This is what the technician told me, with the AMOUNT of dust laid down, each time anyone walks around it is disturbed and floats into the air and can land on things that go against the skin, such as clothing, and on the food you eat on your plate!

Of course, I didn’t show any concern, why should I? 

Please, tell me where in the RTA does it state that I should CARE about tenants personally? I didn’t know apartment buildings were supposed to be adult daycare centres where it is my job to look after their needs. Toxic Tenants are adults and it wasn’t my job to be mindful of their personal feelings!!

SEPTEMBER 1, 2016

( Referring to Document # 50) – The interracial married couple/tenants receive a Notice of Enter from Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy for Terminix Canada to come to their unit the following day on September 2, 2016, between the hours of 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

It needs to be note that Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy did not place the Notice of Entry on the unit door until sometime after 9:30 am and 3:10 pm when the male from the interracial married couple/tenants got home from taking the children to school and went back to pick them up. 

Property manager Stella Reddy again could not be bothered to knock and stay or just walk away after knocking as to draw attention to the door and the notice in it. Stella Reddy could have also just slipped the 1 page Notice of Entry under the interracial married couple/tenants door. 

But instead what Stella Reddy decided to do was to balance it lightly between the door frame and the door handle of the front door of the unit we assumed before 1:00pm. 

Because of Alto Properties Inc. property manager Stella Reddy quiet and sneaky actions. It was not until 3:10 pm when the husband from the interracial married couple/tenants went to pick up their children from the school bus that he received the Noticed of Entry for the following day

Now Stella Reddy may have technically served the interracial married couple/tenants within the proper time 24 hour frame for the September 2, 2016 entry. But it again goes back to the pattern of why is it that Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy always try to manipulate the situation so as the interracial married couple / tenants learns of it at the very last minute? 

Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy again choses to inform the interracial married couple / tenants about the Terminix Canada in the worse possible way. Resting in the door and walking away. No knock, no phone call, no email, no text, nothing!

It is clear that Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy enjoy the idea and hope that the interracial married couple / tenants wouldn’t learn of the scheduled appointment until the latest possible time and maybe that would allow for Stella Reddy to get into the interracial married couple / tenants unit unaccompanied. 

Again Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy books an appointment at her own convenience and does it within a 1 day period. Stella Reddy could have booked it for the 5th, 6th or 7th and so on. Why was it so urgent that it had to be booked for the following day? 

It is clear that Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy were hoping that the interracial married couple / tenants would have made plans for the next day and would not beable to cancel them and be their for the entry. 

Was Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio and Stella Reddy worried that by given them notice earlier in the day the interracial married couple / tenants could have made arrangements to be home when Stella Reddy showed up? Is this why there is a pattern of them always doing things in the most inconvenience and sly manner possible against the interracial married couple / tenants? 

SEPTEMBER 2, 2016

Stella Reddy and the pest control technician showed up at the interracial married couple / tenants unit. The pest control technician was a short, mid-aged Asian gentleman.

The pest control technician entered the unit at the request of the male from the interracial married couple / tenants while Stella Reddy decided she would stand in the hallway and wait. 

While inside the unit, the pest control technician looked around the kitchen area and was very impressed by the cleanliness and the steps that the interracial married couple / tenants had taken to prevent roaches from spreading into their unit. 

The male from the interracial married couple / tenants had cocked every based board around the entire unit, all open food was in plastic containers, every hole that could be seen was cocked and there was roach powder everywhere (refrigerator, stove, cabinet tops and base of closets, front door, and rads ect. ) 

In fact the pest control technician was so impressed that when he left the unit to meet Stella Reddy in the hallway. He stated “this is one of the best units I has ever seen in regards to pest control”  and that she was “lucky to have such tenants in her building.” 

The pest control technician stated “if everyone was a concerned as this family is about roaches, you would have absolutely no issues in this building.” The pest control technician then turned to the male from the interracial married couple / tenants and said “good job!” 

This interaction went without any issues between the interracial married couple / tenants and the pest control technician. 

At that point, instead of Stella Reddy just walking away with the pest control technician. Stella Reddy decided to stand in the hallway and lecture the male from the interracial married couple / tenants about the consequences and hazards of using roach powder in the unit. 

Why did Alto Properties Inc. property manager Stella Reddy suddenly feel the need to lecture the male from the interracial married couple / tenants bout roach powder and the use of it? 

Does Stella Reddy considers herself a pest control expect who is qualified to provide lectures on such issues like the health and safety uses of roach powder? 

Why didn’t the pest control technician get involved in the conversation and mention that he, himself had concerns about the unit and the “over powdering” as he was the only one, who was there to put powder in the unit and who was the only individual who actually seen it? 

Let us remember that Stella Reddy decided that she was not going to enter the unit and decided that she was going to stand in the hallway and wait. And still somehow she knew that the interracial married couple / tenants unit was being “over powdered” and that she needed to lecture the male from the interracial married couple / tenants on the consequences of their actions.

Again it appears that Stella Reddy was trying to accomplish two things during this interaction with the male from the interracial married couple / tenants. 

1 – Stella Reddy was trying to reinforce how smart she is in regards to being a property manager and how much knowledge she had acquired over her 16 or 20 years as a “super attendant here in Canada” and/or

2 – By talking down to the male from the interracial married couple / tenants in the presence of the pest control technician as if he was stupid, uneducated and did not have the common sense to read the back of the roach powder bottle before using it. 

She was trying to provoke a negative response out of him hoping that she could later use to help justify the removal of the interracial married couple / tenants as an interference issue on another N5. 

In fact the male from the interracial married couple / tenants did inform Stella Reddy that he did read the instruction and warning label on the back of the bottle and was well aware of any risk.

PRO – ANT AND ROACH PYRODUST

DIRECTION FOR HOUSES: Lightly coat the areas where the insects crawl and hide such as cracks and crevices, underneath built-ins, around pipes and drains, in storage cabinets, behind medicine cabinets, in electrical outlet boxes, garbage cans and in attics and basements. Repeat as necessary, probably once a month. Contact insects directly with the dust when possible. Do not dust pets. Bed bugs: dust both side of mattress and beds. Fleas: thoroughly dust sleeping quarters of pets and floors. “

PERCAUCTIONS: KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN, Avoid inhalation of dust. Wash hands and other exposed skin after handling.

TOXICOLOGICAL INFORMAYTION: Skin contact and inhalation may be allergic to sensitive people. “

By the time the above interaction took place between Stella Reddy and the male from the interracial married couple / tenants. The male from the interracial married couple / tenants could very much see that due to lack of concern by Alto Properties Inc. owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio, and Stella Reddy newest6 behaviour and actions. They were now trying to build grounds to have them evicted from the building. 

Also Applicant and her husband figured that from the previous actions of Alto Properties Inc. employee Stella Reddy, she was trying her best to make the environment around the family so uncomfortable and inconvenient so the Applicant and her family would just get tired of it all, and move out as noted in the Applicants emailed letter dated August 31, 2016.

“ I have to say that from the moment I met you, I had a strange feeling that you had some kind of issue with me. You asked inappropriate questions, at first you refused to accept my rent on the grounds that you “ were not comfortable: with taking it, and then the excuse changed to it was “ a liability issue “

Now there is the issue of and yourself ( Stella Reddy ) placing a camera that looks into my unit and takes pictures. Add this threating and intimidating N5 evection legal document that is based on information the 3 of you know is deliberately inaccurate and false. Has only strengthened my beliefs that I am being targeted by the 3 of you. ”
