“The wicked become even worse when they are tolerated.”

Truth Is Not Meant to Be Silent

I’ve learned the hard way: silence doesn’t shield you — it shields the harm. When cruelty goes unchecked, it grows bolder. When injustice is ignored, it digs deeper roots.

Speaking up isn’t easy. It takes strength to confront what others would rather avoid. But healing begins when we stop tolerating the intolerable — when we choose truth over fear and finally say, “No more.”

I reached that turning point in 2021. Since then, I’ve refused to be silent about my own story of emotional abuse in the workplace.

Today, I stand in solidarity with “No Kings” Day in the U.S. As a Canadian, I’m watching closely — and I stand with those who speak out against the destructive actions of the U.S. government.

I share my story not to relive the past, but to reclaim my voice — and to remind others that they can do the same.
