I really love this poster! Sometimes, we need reminding of how far we have come in healing our traumas. Let me know if it inspires you as it does for me!!

I can’t help but marvel at the incredible progress I see we have made on our personal growth journey. It takes immense strength and courage to face the traumas and challenges that life has thrown our way, and it’s truly inspiring to witness our resilience. Every day we get up and face whatever comes our way!

Let’s take a moment to appreciate just how far we‘ve come. Remember when you were trapped in the cycle of self-destructive behaviours? The bad habits seemed impossible to break, and it felt like you were drowning in a sea of negativity. But you refused to settle for a life of mediocrity. You recognized the need to change, to break free from those destructive patterns, and you embarked on a path of self-discovery and healing. I knew my way out was to focus on myself and my own healing.

Healing is a complex and demanding process. It forces us to confront our deepest fears, revisit painful memories, and make peace with our past. It’s certainly not an easy road to traverse, but you’ve shown incredible resilience and determination in navigating through it. You’ve sought professional help, surrounded yourself with a support system, and embraced the discomfort that comes with growth. Keep going!

Addressing your traumas head-on is a brave and powerful step towards healing. It’s a commitment to yourself, acknowledging that you deserve to live a life free from the burden of past pain. By confronting these traumas, you’re actively breaking their hold over you. While it may be uncomfortable and emotionally exhausting, you’ve shown an unwavering dedication to your well-being.

Let’s not forget about the journey of self-discovery you’ve embarked upon. Finding the strength to hold yourself accountable is no small feat. It means taking responsibility for your actions, acknowledging the consequences they may have had on yourself and others, and actively working to become a better version of yourself. This level of self-awareness is a testament to your growth and evolution.

In today’s world, validation from others has become a currency. The need for external approval and validation can be all-consuming, robbing us of our authenticity and true happiness. But you’ve broken free from that cycle. You’ve realized that true validation comes from within, from the deep connection you’ve cultivated with yourself. You’ve learned to embrace your self-worth, regardless of others’ opinions. This newfound confidence and self-assurance is truly inspiring.

Speaking your personal truth is a transformative experience. It involves embracing your authentic self, standing up for what you believe in, and expressing your thoughts and feelings openly and honestly. It’s not always easy, as it requires vulnerability and the potential for judgment. Yet, you’ve found your voice and the strength to use it, sharing your personal truth unapologetically. By doing so, you’ve empowered others to do the same and created an environment where authenticity thrives.

I want you to know that your growth doesn’t go unnoticed. You may have thought that your journey was a solitary one, carried out behind closed doors, but we see you. We see your triumphs and we acknowledge your struggles. Your commitment to personal growth has not only impacted your own life but has inspired those around you as well.

Being growth-oriented means understanding that growth is not linear. It’s messy, ugly, and painful at times. It’s about embracing the discomfort and challenges that come our way, knowing that they are essential for our transformation. It requires perseverance, self-compassion, and patience. But you’ve navigated these tumultuous waters with grace and resilience.

As you continue on your growth journey, remember to be gentle with yourself. Celebrate even the smallest victories, for they are the building blocks of a better future. Embrace the setbacks and challenges as opportunities for learning and growth. Surround yourself with supportive individuals who uplift and inspire you. Most importantly, never lose sight of the magnificent person you are becoming.

In conclusion, I want to reiterate just how proud and inspired I am by the progress you’ve made. Your commitment to healing, self-discovery, accountability, validation from within, and speaking your personal truth is admirable. Growth may be messy, ugly, and painful, but you’ve embraced it wholeheartedly. You’ve shown that it’s possible to rise above life’s challenges and emerge stronger, wiser, and more authentic.

Keep going, and always remember that we see you and we’re rooting for you every step of the way.
