I thought to share the text of the application sent against my husband on May 13, 2019, that wasn’t accepted by the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, as it shows more of the weird familiarity with my life they try to claim.

I was starting to wake up by the time this application was filed and even though it took some time before my hubby would send that to me, once I did get to read it, once I got over the shock of the blatant statements they made once again showing such detailed familiarity with my personal life, all I could do was laugh at it. No one will ever accept that this writer knows any of these things.
I knew that the HRTO wouldn’t accept such an application, it isn’t about racism and discrimination but to complain that people ” have had many opportunities, time and time again to speak up and check Stella Reddy with warnings or seek help/assistance to stop her behaviour, but they deliberately choose not to. Once again they are attempting to show what mindreaders they are!
This Toxic Bully lives in the dark ages where he thinks that someone could “control” me and what I did at any time, as they stress in this document. It is clear by the text in this document that they are attempting to place blame once again on other people!!
Stella Reddy has been acting in this racist, prejudice and discriminatory behaviour since June 2016, and it has only increasingly gotten worse over time, because there has been no attempt to correct her behaviour by the systemically racist judicial system, owners LL, AL, Property Manager, Lawyer David Strashin, sister CJ , son JJ, family friend and from her submissive and obedient husband RR.
It was the text I copied below that got to me. These sentences I have come to see are very Toxic and are clear signs of emotional abuse they do. It is a suicide promotion!
These sentences are promoting my death, no 2 ways about that, as they hope I have a stroke from all the stress they were causing or that I commit suicide so THEY can walk away from the mess they made. It was these sentences that showed HRTO what they were trying to do to me and my personal life.
Yes, reading these sentences is demoralizing but they represent the Toxic Bullies mind, then and now. They wanted their words to drive me to either have a stroke from all the stress, as they knew I have high blood pressure, or that I commit suicide.
Either option gives them the freedom to walk away from the mess they made of their HRTO applications with their constant emails and submissions filled with more allegation that wasn’t in their original forms, and they could continue to make their false claims without opposition from me.
They silently sit by ideally and allow Stella Reddy to continue to travel down this path for only one of two reasons.
1) They agree with her and they encourage her behaviour as she is the voice that they don’t have the courage to be, or
2) They are hoping Stella Reddy has a stroke or commits suicide and they can walk away from this mess.
They always made the claims that I was “proven” as a racist, but that is just their delusional thinking, as there is no legal determination made against me stating that and there never will be. Toxic Bullies are making false claims, as usual.
Toxic people think that if they write something often enough, it eventually will be accepted as facts. If they put “it is clear“, “it appears” or “it seems” at the beginning of their sentences, their speculations that follow would be accepted more, but all they are is opinion signalling words, telling people it is just their opinions, not facts they can prove.
I have learned quite a bit over the past couple of years that I can use to determine facts from fiction! The patterns that Toxic Tenants show with the many verbally abusive documents they write, give their intentions away, every time.
All it takes is getting an education on Toxic people with narcissistic traits of gaslighting, manipulation, triangulation, and outright lies they tell to give you the courage and strength to fight them and expose their actions against you. It does take courage to go against your Toxic Bullies, as they will come at you for what you do. The Topics on stellareddy.com show you that!
Don’t let Toxic Bullies get away with their antics, speak up for yourself. No one has a right to disrespect you as these Adult Bullies have done to me and my family. Expose them for their actions, it is the only way to protect yourself.
When reading documents like this, what you need to keep in mind is the fact that these people were Tenants, not friends, family, not even acquaintances, therefore have no familiarity with any of these individuals’ personal lives to know if what they write is even possible, let alone true! They hope that you will just accept the blatant statements they make about the thoughts and feelings of another person. That to me is the definition of delusional!
I never cared if these Toxic Tenants liked me or not, I was there for a job not to make friends with Tenants. Their personal feelings about me as an individual is not my concern and never was! I have no need to accept their opinions.
My issue was the many websites they have containing my personal identifying information. As the poster says, if you hate me, hate me alone. Don’t be out there lying about me trying to recruit people to hate me with you!
When it comes to Bullies, watch their patterns of making and posting on various websites where they threaten to ” share all that was said and done“, make claims of filing with Human Rights against you, and make the claim that they were “forced” to do a website.
Once you see these claims, you know that they are excuses from a Bully, as everyone in society knows that a person cannot be forced to do such a thing! They are Adults and responsible for their own choices! Time for them to be accountable for what they do!!
Well it is clear that once again RR is encouraging and promoting his wife Stella Reddy to act in her racist, prejudice and discriminatory behaviour towards our family. Not only does he not attempt stop her or correct her behaviour of stalking and harassing our family, but he in fact has again been caught enabling her.
RR allows his wife Stella Reddy ( a tenant ) to use the Building STAFF ONLY surveillance system to stalk, record our family’s coming and goings from around the building and then he allows her to share it with other tenants in the building. There is no argument to this.
RR allowed his wife Stella Reddy to post the Divisional Court Decision on the public board in the lobby which was okayed by the owners LL and AL to try an embarrass our family and to intimidate other tenants into compliance.
It is clear that from day one, 3 years ago, when our family first meet these racist individuals Stella Reddy and RR at the restaurant. When Stella Reddy made racial slurs and asked prejudice questions towards our family and RR stood by passively, as he has continued to do for the past 3 years, saying or doing anything to control his wife Stella Reddy racist, prejudice discriminatory behaviour.
It is clear that by reviewing the whole situation and events from the beginning, RR has accepted, encouraged and stood behind his wife behaviour silently in public about her racist and ignorant views.

By RR, like LL and AL, just sitting back and saying and doing nothing at a minimum, passively allowing Stella Reddy to act in such a racist, prejudice and discriminatory behaviour, and stalking our family they are as guilty as she is.
RR like LL and AL, have had many opportunities, time and time again to speak up and check Stella Reddy with warnings or seek help/assistance to stop her behaviour, but they deliberately choose not to. They instead sit back quietly in the shadows and allowed Stella Reddy to be the face and voice for their racist, prejudice views and beliefs against our family. They silently sit by ideally and allow Stella Reddy to continue to travel down this path for only one of two reasons.

There are no other possible outcomes for why they have deliberately been allowing Stella Reddy to continue with this racist and prejudice behaviour of discriminating against our family for 3 years.
As of May 11, 2019 RR was still encouraging and enabling his wife Stella Reddy to use the Building STAFF ONLY Surveillance System to monitor our apartment.
Stella Reddy stated on her website, which she has subsequently again removed “ I found out something today, KR & AR refused to accept judicial court papers yesterday from a courier sent by lawyers. I heard second hand…”
Again Stella Reddy wants us to believe that courier reported back to the customer that the envelope was not delivered to our home, and then that person/customer than called Stella Reddy to describe the situation to her so she could than report it on her website?
First and foremost how does Stella Reddy know who the envelope was from? If it was from the “lawyers” then that means the “lawyers” had to give her the “second hand” information. And I find that very hard to believe that any lawyer is calling Stella Reddy about anything. Especially since the lawyer does not work for her.
Second, how does she know that the envelope was not delivered because we were not home?
Hmmm, this is an interesting thought. The camera view that looks down the hall cannot see if our door is opened or not. So how would Stella Reddy know if we refused or if we were not home?
The fact that she knew I answered the door, in and among itself pretty astonishing.
Let me clearly state that I opened the door and spoke with the courier at that time. I was not hiding, and I could clearly see down the hallway. And once again let me clarify that there was no imaginary “friend” present in the hallway to give Stella Reddy any imaginary “second hand” information.
Again Stella Reddy was watching the Building STAFF ONLY surveillance system, alongside her husband RR when they saw me come out from the unit and speak with the courier.
So now that we have concluded that David Strashin did not call Stella Reddy to update her the delivery situation, and there was no one in the hall at the time. It is pretty clear that Stella Reddy was sitting in her apartment watching the Building STAFF ONLY surveillance system at 6:30 pm that night. As her husband RR stood by encouraging and enabling her to stalk our family.
Just like back during the Great World War II, when Nazi soldiers and ranking officers would stand by ideally, protecting their mighty Führer Adolf Hitler.
Owners LL, AL, Property Manager, Lawyer David Strashin, sister CJ, son JJ, family friend and husband RR also stand by ideally, protecting their own Führer, Stella Reddy.
RR is as guilty as his wife Stella Reddy as for 3 years he has stood by ideally in the same home, watching and obviously encouraging his wife to act out in this racist and prejudice behaviour that clearly discriminates and has discriminated against our family.
RR has silently cheered on his wife Stella Reddy from behind their unit door as her racist and prejudice behaviour is only get worse by the day. And it is clear that RR, LL, AL, Property Manager, Lawyer David Strashin have no intentions of correcting Stella Reddy behaviour after 3 years, in the interest of protecting the racist Stella Reddy to protect themselves.
Their acceptance of the stalking habits and use of the Building STAFF ONLY service system on a daily basis by Stella Reddy and her enabler RR are again marginalized as insignificant and baseless.
