In therapy, I came to see and accept that my fears were brought out by “living in my mind” not in the present. My mind was filled with very scary scenarios, nightmares really of a hate-filled group of people coming after me and yelling “racist” in my face, with KR & AR leading the pack, based on the posts they wrote and shared on stellareddy.com.

I watched stellareddy.com be created from April 2019 till they stopped writing in May 2021 after I created this site., filled with so many allegations it was hard to wrap my head around them. Every post that showed up created more and more fear based on the blatant allegations made within. They were very open in sharing their malicious opinions and didn’t see that they were showing a familiarity with my life they just couldn’t have.

I was seeing the news at the time of all the racism allegations in 2018-2020, all the people being unfairly judged and attacked, and it scared me. Crime in Ontario was high as it was, and I was terrified of becoming another statistic.

I was living in my mind, not in reality. The fear of personal attacks, verbal and physical, was very real for me at the time and I was verbally abused by other Tenants at the property because of the Toxic Tenant’s actions there, I even had to call the Police on someone once for trapping me in the office and being aggressive and verbally abusive.

In May 2020 I watched the 14 pages show up on StellaReddy.com Pt. 1 and saw how they were promoting their agenda against me by comparing me to some Political person in the U.S., Mark Meadows.

Seeing this stuff online, how it was laid out, and all the comparisons being made was terrifying to me at the time. It was these pages that caused me such fear we decided to move back to NL sooner than we planned.

I knew I had to find a way out of the fear their actions and words were inducing within me and with the help of therapy, I did that, but not until I felt safe enough to do so after I moved back home. The fear of the unknown was just too much for me to bear in Ontario and I had to get away from it.

The nightmare was mostly in my head, not in reality. While I had some nasty comments made to me, no one got too aggressive and no one attacked me. With therapy, I came to see I was creating scenarios that just couldn’t happen in my mind, but with mindfulness, I have been able to stop the habit.

Learning how to observe my thoughts without taking them to heart, was hard in the beginning but with practice, it got easier. These days, it just happens automatically. A nasty thought enters my head based on anxiety and I laugh at them, as I know it is my anxiety speaking. I look around, take in my surroundings, and can see I am safe so I let these thoughts go. I have learned how to laugh at my anxiety-driven thoughts!

As the article below says:

To bridge the divide between our overactive minds and the reality of life, mindfulness and meditation can be valuable tools. These practices root us in the current moment, allowing us to observe our thoughts without being ensnared by them. But you don’t always need structured practices to connect with the present. Simple joys, like a purposeless walk, a hobby, or enjoying a quiet meal, can also ground us in the ‘now’.

It is only within the past couple of years that my sense of safety has returned, and I came to see my fears were unreasonable. I always had choices, just like the time I called the Police on that Tenant who came at me in the office. There was always something I could do to protect myself from physical and mental abuse and while most times nothing came from my complaints, they were made and in their system.

I did lose a bit of faith in the Justice System after all this, but I still will do what I have to do and complain as often as I need to. It creates a record, a history that they can see and I hope after a while, it will be enough to charge them. Since I learned so much from the Police I contacted last year, I feel even more empowered in knowing that one day, they will slip up and be charged for their actions against me and others. I have no doubt that it will come.

Their online actions are still being watched, which I why I believe they haven’t added to their content on any smearing sites they have for a long time now!

I always live in the hope that one day, I will be given the tools to eradicate these websites forever! Until that day comes, I will share my Story of being Bullied by past Toxic Tenants who got mad because they were evicted for their constant refusals of access. While they try to claim I “forged and altered documents” to get them evicted I didn’t write all the emails they sent denying entry, nor did I force them to stand in the hearing and say it either. They did all that on their own and tried to hide it every chance they had! I also learned that using a comparison is also a very Toxic Trait!

Below, I share some of the most scary posts on stellareddy.com and further down is the article on how to eliminate your fears in the way I did. I enjoy living in the present, knowing that I am safe from these Adult Bullies!

This website is going to compare the racist and anti-black behavior of Mark Meadows to that of Stella Reddy.

Who is Mark Meadows?

Mark Meadows is a proven racist with very deep seeded anti-black views and discriminatory behavior.

No let us compare Stella Reddy to a well-established racist like Mark Meadows and see how she stacks up / compares to him.

The evidence, documents and testimony that was present to at the public forum, Landlord and Tenant Board hearing on September 26, 2017 to the racist SJTO member Kevin Lundy was that:

  1. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio provided an email where Stella Reddy stated: They ( the interracial married couple/tenants ) need to learn that just because she is BLACK, they can’t throw out these accusations of racism and bigotry against people
  2. Stella Reddy use racist and anti-black offensive, derogatory, prejudice language and used racist and anti-black physical actions to try and deflect from her own racist and anti-black behavior when she was called out by the interracial married couple/tenants.
  3. Stella Reddy used the offensive, derogatory and prejudice word Newfie on different occasions throughout the public hearing as unwanted harassment to anyone present and/or from Newfoundland.
  4. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio portray the female of the interracial married couple/tenants as a stereotypical, ill–mannered, ill– tempered, loud, aggressive, demanding and uncivilized Angry Black Woman. ( Sapphire ) Without every producing a single piece of evidence to support her racist and anti-black behavior.
  5. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio verbally insulted, humiliated, disrespected, embarrassed, degraded and harassed the interracial married couple/tenants throughout the public hearing.
  6. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio created and filled illegally forged and altered documents as evidence to support a L2 eviction application against the interracial married couple/tenants.
  7. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio created and filled illegally forged and altered documents as evidence to support a L2 eviction application against the interracial married couple/tenants as a way to obstruct of justice.
  8. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio place video cameras that faced the interracial married couple/tenants door.
  9. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio continuously threatened, lied and harassed the interracial married couple/tenants with illegal and invalid legal documents.
  10. Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio continuously harassed, threatened and inconvenience the interracial married couple/tenants in hopes they would move out.
  11. The owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio were very aware of the interracial married couple/tenants accusations and did nothing to resolve them.
  12. The owners Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio encouraged Stella Reddy and her husband Russell Reddy to continue with their racist and anti-black behavior.

And Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio response to these undisputed facts that were presented at a public hearing was that Stella Reddy’s racist and anti-black behavior was all done while working for Alto Properties Inc. as their property manager and because of that the accusations could not be true.

They believe that by stating that all this took place while on the clock and calling it due diligence it made it okay.

And that Stella Reddy somehow was not acting in a racist and anti-black manner and need not be held accountable or responsible for her racist behavior.

It appears that Stella Reddy and Mark Meadows read from the same page in the racist playbook of routines.

Well Boo-Hoo Stella Reddy was upset about being called out for her racist and anti-black behavior while working for Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio at 859 Kennedy Road.

Strategically Stella Reddy immediately starts off by playing The Victim Routine.

Stella Reddy is Boo-Hoo’n over getting hit with these claims of racism and anti-black behavior where a lot ( but not all ) of the accusations are false.

Stella Reddy is quick to try and portray to the racist SJTO member Kevin Lundy that the interracial married couple/ tenants are just a couple of trouble makers who go around throwing unfounded and baseless accusations of racism against Caucasian individuals.

Stella Reddy over the past 3 years has played and regurgitated The Victim Routine on so many different levels on social media, websites, legal documents and with individuals she has spoken too with in hopes of getting pity.

One has to believe that this little performance / routine must have worked well for Stella Reddy in the past. As she has no problem with playing the routine at every chance she gets, even though it is not related.

How is it possible that Stella Reddy can still claim that she did not understand what racial slur Mulatto meant while using it in the correct context?

And there you have it, Stella Reddy The Liar!

It appears that Stella Reddy wants the world to believe that a Caucasian, late 50’s female, born and raised in Canada, with a diverse family did not know what the word Mullato meant.

For Stella Reddy to even try and convince anyone of this, only shows here desperation to try and free herself of her own racist and anti-black actions.

What is next? Stella Reddy will claim she does not know what the N-word or Jigga-Boo means. And again she will have to her niece to get some cultural awareness lessons on inappropriate vocabulary.

This is so ridicules for Stella Reddy to make such a far absurd statement. It crosses the border into bizarre.

Stella Reddy and offenders always have some type of excuses for their racist behavior and it is never because of their own doing.

The Liar / Catch Me If You Can Routine does not always have to make sense and actually most times it doesn’t. But it does not stop people like Stella Reddy from trying.

Stella Reddy is the typical racist and a horrible liar!

You will see reading this website that Stella Reddy is a absolute horrible liar.

With this current performance by Stella Reddy. This is what we like to call The Liar / Catch Me If You Can Routine.

You see Stella Reddy and other offenders will deny and lie about everything and see what the accuser can prove. Then if proven true, they continue to deny and now claim they are twisting your words.

This is a classic performance/routine by Stella Reddy and other racist.

And there we go, another classic The Liar / Catch Me If You Can Routine.

Stella Reddy once again is lying and hoping that no one will catch on and call her out on it.

During the public hear, on hear blogs and in legal documents. Stella Reddy uses the prejudice slur Newfie without fear and regard to the offense it causes people and that it is NOT socially acceptable.

I’m Newfie.  If anybody asks me, I’m a Newfie… I don’t say I’m Canadian…

Stella Reddy even doubles down on this prejudice slur Newfie during the public hearing so as to imply that it has some form of relevance and proof to her argument that she is not a racist.

Apparently Stella Reddy does not understand or does not care that the term Newfie is defined as a prejudice slur that was used in Newfie jokes that depicts Newfoundlanders as stupid and foolish. Newfoundlanders consider Newfie as a slur, as it was used by American and Canadian military forces stationed on the island.

Now let us remember that Stella Reddy tried to act as if she was so naive as to not know what the word Mulatto meant while using it in the correct context..

And now she is using a prejudice slurs Newfie in a public forum and in the proper context, again?

Yet she wants people to believe she does not use slurs and prejudice language because she don’t speak that way.

For Stella Reddy to even try and convince anyone of this only shows her desperation to try and free herself of her racist words and anti-black actions against the interracial married couple / tenants.

This defense of being from Newfoundland is so ridicules for Stella Reddy use that it is incomprehensible as to how it is suppose to justify her behavior?

The facts are that Stella Reddy has no fear in using offensive slurs, language an racist rhetoric.

Like Mark Meadows she surrounds herself with a support network of like minded individuals.

You know the saying. Show me your network of family and friends and I will show you what your all about.

And once again why does Stella Reddy believe and associate that being from Newfoundland does not make her a racist? There was absolutely no reason to make mention of this irrelevant fact.

But what the Stella Reddy was trying to do was gain favoritism from the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy.

It appears that Stella Reddy is reminding her fellow racist and Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy that she is to is Caucasian and she is a Canadian born individual. Whereas the Black female from the interracial married couple / tenants was not.

This is not the first time that Stella Reddy has played this I Am The Caucasian / Canadian In The Room Routine.

When Stella Reddy first started working for Luigi Lisico and his son Anthony Lisico at 859 Kennedy. The interracial married couple / tenants sent the owners and Stella Reddy a letter addressing this exact issue back on August 31, 2016.

I now would like to address the issue of our past conversation Stella, where you ask me where I was from. I do not appreciate your ignorance and stereotypes in thinking that because I am black that I could not be born in Canada.

I also do not appreciate you asking me if my children were Mulatto. I did not think that I need to explain this to you Stella, but these are terms and questions that are no longer acceptable in society, and the fact that you felt comfortable enough with me to ask these questions after only speaking to me for a brief time. Says to me that you have some form of personal issue that needs to be dealt with.

I also found it offensive that you said that you have been an alleged superintendent for 16 years here in Canada. I am perplexed as to why you felt the need to include the word “Canada” at the end of your sentence? I can only guess, were you trying to imply that because I am not white, that I could not have been in Canada for 16 years?

Or is it that you feel that your 16 years in Canada makes you a better person and better qualified to be an alleged superintendent than someone who was a superintendent abroad?

Maybe you said it because you were an alleged superintendent in Canada for 16 years, so your opinion and views on being a superintendent have more weight and value over someone like myself who was born abroad?

And what did Stella Reddy do when presented with this letter? Nothing, not a damn thing!

What did the owners Luigi Lisico and his son Anthony Liscio do when presented with this letter? The same thing as they did the entire time until the interracial married couple / tenants moved out. Nothing, not a damn thing!

The owners Luigi Lisico and his son Anthony Liscio sat on their hands and encouraged and participated in helping Stella Reddy and her husband Russell Reddy to continue with their racist and anti-black behavior.

Why?

Because according to the all of them the interracial married couple / tenants were just racist instigators for calling out Stella Reddy in their seven pages long, with full of racist slurs letter.

They all deliberately lied and portrayed the interracial married couple / tenants as some form of racist instigators who go around throwing unfounded and baseless accusations of racism against Caucasian individuals.

This was the defense planned by Stella Reddy, Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Lsicio because every was caught off guard by this letter and they were all speechless.

This was probably the first time Stella Reddy had been ever called out for her racist and anti-black behavior in front of her bosses.

We can safetly assume that Stella Reddy did swear up and down to her bosses Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio that it was not true.

It is clear that Stella Reddy convinced Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Lsicio that because she was Caucasian and the Canadian born individual who worked her entire life in Canada. And whereas that female from the interracial married couple / tenants was just some Black who goes around throwing out accusations of racism and bigotry against people.

It is clear that Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio bought into this email sent by Stella Reddy as they pushed this agenda at the public hearing with the racist SJTO member Kevin Lundy.

Stella Reddy pushes this racist idea because like other offenders when confronted with the idea that they might be caught and called out for their racist actions. The seek to find potential allies and quickly try and establish a connection with them, hoping to gain some form of credit, support and favoritism.

Stella Reddy believe that because she is Caucasian and born in Canada that some how  makes her a better and more creditable witness than the female from the interracial marred couple / tenants  to the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy.

It obviously work with her bosses the Caucasian Luigi Liscio and his son Anthony Liscio of Alto Properties Inc.

Not only does Stella Reddy believe in her own white supremacy over the female from the interracial married couple / tenants. But just like Mark Meadows it appears that Stella Reddy believes that non-white indivduals cannot be born in her country – Canada. This is why she asked the female from the interracial married couple / tenants where are you from?

Stella Reddy was not interested in knowing where the Caucasian male from the interracial married couple / tenants was from. And she was also certainly not interested in inquiring into the birth place to their bi-racial children.

Does this sound hard to believe? Even the racist President Donald Trump practices the I Am The Caucasian / American In The Room Routine.

Just like what Stella Reddy did with the female from the interracial married couple / tenants. Stella Reddy and the racist President Donald Trump both assumed that because these individuals were not Caucasian they could not be born in their countries.

Yes, it is very hard to believe that there are still people like Stella Reddy and the racist President Donald Trump in this world.

It is also hard to believe that people still think that with so much ability for travel in this world. They still believe that a non-white people could not be born in North America.

But it still happens because with some people ignorance is still a normal way of life.

And the I Am The Caucasian / Canadian or American In The Room Routine is born.

So by Stella Reddy telling the Caucasian racist SJTO member Kevin Lundy that she is from Newfoundland.

Stella Reddy is playing to her what she hopes is her own Caucasian base and is looking for some kind of kinship with the racist Caucasian SJTO member Kevin Lundy over the female of the interracial married couple/ tenants.

As far out there as it may sounds this is what racist people do. They try an establish bonds, gain support and sympathy for their causes and actions with what they hope are like minded individuals.

And still Stella Reddy proudly claims that she is the prejudice and offensive slur Newfie from Newfoundland without fear or respect for others!

We are often told that our minds are a blessing, empowering us with imagination, foresight, and reflection. Yet, the same mind, with its myriad thoughts, can also be our cage, holding us hostage to fears and anxieties, many of which are unfounded. The sentiment “The fear is simply because you are not living with life, you are living in your mind” offers profound insight into this human predicament.

The Trap of Overthinking

Our advanced cognitive abilities allow us to contemplate the past and the future, and while this can lead to progress and creativity, it also often results in unnecessary worry. Our mind has a knack for crafting negative scenarios or exaggerating problems, causing us to dwell in a realm of “what-ifs” instead of the reality before us.

The Power of Now

Life in its unfiltered, present form is usually less intimidating than our mental projections. By being in the present, we can counter many of our baseless fears. Engaging actively with our surroundings and immersing ourselves in the ‘now’ can be a simple yet effective antidote to anxiety.

Why Do We Drift Away?

There are two main culprits. First, societal constructs often emphasize planning and analysis, unintentionally pushing us away from the present. Second, our brains, from an evolutionary standpoint, are designed to detect and anticipate threats. This means we’re biologically inclined to seek out potential problems, even if they aren’t immediate or real.

Embracing the Present

To bridge the divide between our overactive minds and the reality of life, mindfulness and meditation can be valuable tools. These practices root us in the current moment, allowing us to observe our thoughts without being ensnared by them. But you don’t always need structured practices to connect with the present. Simple joys, like a purposeless walk, a hobby, or enjoying a quiet meal, can also ground us in the ‘now’.

The essence of the saying, “The fear is simply because you are not living with life, you are living in your mind,” is a call to action. It reminds us to step out of the confinements of our thoughts and to embrace life as it unfolds. By doing so, we can mitigate unnecessary fears and truly experience the world around us.
