I found this poster and it says what I feel better than I could have. I have come to reaffirm my personal beliefs about this Adult Bullies Smear Campaign in my name.
Adult Bullies can complain all he wants about my site and re-post all their own personally written sites, it no longer makes no difference to me as in my mind, I am confident the traits I share, they do against me within their sites containing my name. They are Toxic Adults.
I am no longer confused about what they do against me and my name.
I have released all the shame for bringing this mess into anyone’s lives, even theirs, as they clearly were the instigators. I have no doubts anymore.
This Adult Tenant Bully likes to imply that I am the abuser for having this website online exposing their actions in my name, but let’s look at the reality here for a second.
We really need to look at what actually came first in this situation, their actions, or mine.
What also came first I wonder in their tenancy? Their refusals of access, or the filing with the Landlord and Tenant Board?
Would there really be a need for any building staff to file for a hearing if there wasn’t a reason to do so? Why would any Owner or Staff, go through the hassle of Landlord and Tenant Board, if they didn’t have to?
There would be no need for me to do this site, if they hadn’t posted 6 domains online filled with my name and personal information, since November 2, 2017! First Domain: 859kennedyroad.com
I would have no need to defend myself against their websites if they didn’t make theirs first. I refuse to allow Adult Bullies to abuse me and my name on the internet and will stand up for myself and the name they stole to use. It is my name, my life, that they are writing about, not their own!
The timeline of this situation is very clearly set out and no amount of gaslighting and word salad by these Bullies will change it. They lied. It is as plain as day, especially in the text below. They lie by omission!
There is way too much evidence showing the escalation of Bullying by the Adult Tenant Bullies in their own written words, online in their domains, and in the documents I have from them during HRTO. No denying it anymore.
This section below from one of their responses in Human Rights shows their thought processes over why they believe the situation transpired. They left out everything they did!!
They claim that the Owners and I went out of our way to “evict” them illegally out of spite just because they wrote a letter in August 2016 claiming a “prior meeting” with me at some restaurant before I even moved into the building to work there, where they claim I made inappropriate comments to them. They leave so much of it out!!
It wasn’t until August 31, 2016, they made these allegations in such vague terms in a letter, which I knew was a lie, something they made up in which to attack me because they weren’t getting their way! Very First Letter Written To Bully Stella Reddy
If they felt as strongly about this alleged meeting as they later said they did, they would have brought it up as soon as they saw me in the office on July 5, 2016, not wait 2 1/2 months later when they get upset over getting a Form N5 for refusing access.
So many ways they try to rationalize away their Toxic behaviour and they make it so obvious. The only benefit of taking these Tenants to the LTB was to stop their persistent refusal of access, as it was a hassle. I have come to see that no one will believe these things, so there really is no need for me to worry about it.
Did they think that their excuses would let them get away with that?
It would only continue to confirm that when the 3 Respondents were called out on it by the Applicants in their letters, the 3 Respondents decided to retaliate against the “Black ”Applicant and her family by using their positions with Alto Properties Inc. to achieve it. The whole time encouraging and enabling each other and trying to build a case against them so they could have them removed for multiple benefits.
They totally ignore their own actions, didn’t they?
- They don’t talk about why they were brought to the LTB, as I see no mention in the text below of their persistent refusal of access they did.
- I don’t see any mention of the Tenant’s Association they tried to start with other Tenants, with the purpose of getting the Tenants riled up against me to get me fired.
- I don’t see any mention of their persistence in trying to get other tenants on their side asking them to be a witness for them with HRTO.
- No mention of all the times they stood in the Lobby while I was in the office, speaking loudly about me so I could hear, to anyone who would stop to listen to him.
- No mention of all the allegations they made against me, with no actual proof that it was me!
I see nothing of their own actions noted in their documents, it is always what someone else did or said.
All they do is claim in no uncertain terms that the speculations they make here in these texts are the truth. I would really like to know how they knew what I was thinking with such certainty.
They clearly tell you that my medical issues are not “relevant“. He states “She was of solid mind and good health, and what happened after the fact is not relevant to her behaviour pre-HRTO complaints.” and “Her health issues that appeared only after the pre-HRTO complaints no matter how fake, or serious they are. Are irrelevant as a defence for Stella Reddy.“
I understand why they said these things, they didn’t want anyone to see that my mental state was caused by their actions with their websites. They didn’t want to be held accountable for their actions against me and my name. They don’t want people to see what they do, just what I do!
They were trying to “rationalize” away the effect their websites had on me and my mental health by trying to imply it is not important and to show they believe it is all fake. They imply I am looking for sympathy. It wasn’t sympathy I was looking for but Justice for the lies they perpetuated against me!
If it was just HRTO and Divisional Court I had to deal with, it would have been a very different story for me, but when they made the websites filled with such nastiness and tried to deny their ownership of them, that is where my issues started. The Gaslighting they did of me caused my issues.
They wrote as Anonymous Administrators and never came out as the owners of these sites until the end after they lost everything… They wrote all that nasty narratives they had online filled with insults and degradation of me and my family that affected my mental health and they didn’t want to be seen as responsible for that, so they try to minimize the effects it was having on me with their speculations.
By the time I read these words, I learned not to respond to these types of questions from them, as it was just another way to try and rile me up into “reacting” so they could use that reaction against me like they usually did.
They filed these applications, it wasn’t my responsibility to respond to this “challenge” they threw out. I wonder what HRTO thought about this “challenge” …
The Applicant would challenge any of the 3 Respondents to prove with where the Applicants have lied or mislead the HRTO?
She did not have health issues when…
she refused the Applicants parking at the building, but at the same time gave the all-white tenant that same privilege she refused the interracial Applicants.
But as soon as the Applicants file their HRTO complaints against her and she reads the basis of it. Suddenly Stella Reddy has become plagued by so many health issues it is hard to keep up.
It appears to the Applicants that there might be a connecting to these sudden health issues and the filing of their Application on June 04, 2018 against Stella Reddy?
If this connection is true, it would again be another classic symptom of a Narcissist doing what they do best, and that is try and manipulate the situation.
By what it appears again to be Stella Reddy trying to gain some form of sympathy from the HRTO.
The Applicants also take the position that Stella Reddy alleged medical issues are not relevant to their HRTO complaints against her.
Based on the facts that at the time of her racially motivated actions of harassment, discriminating and acting in a reprisal manner. She was of solid mind and good health, and what happened after the fact is not relevant to her behaviour pre-HRTO complaints.
Her health issues that appeared only after the pre-HRTO complaints no matter how fake, or serious they are. Are irrelevant as a defence for Stella Reddy.
It appears to the Applicants that the now alleged Stella Reddy is planning to try and use her medical issues as some way to rationalize all of her pre-HRTO complaints, racially motivated actions of harassment, discriminating and acting in a reprisal manner.
Again it is the opinion of the Applicants, as they are not doctors they cannot say with certainty about her being a Narcissist, but as the old saying goes.
If it walks like a duck, sounds like a duck, acts like a duck and looks like a duck… it’s probably a duck.
In regards to Alto Properties Inc. owners who have heard and seen the racially charged language and actions of that Stella Reddy in person at the LTB hearing.
They have continue to rally behind her, united in their fight in the HRTO and Divisional Court to have the Applicants removed from the building.
They have read all the documents provided by the Applicants, they have seen the huge amount of outright lies that Stella Reddy has been telling to the HRTO and probably themselves.
And still they continue to sit on their hands, ignore the facts in their joint effort to fight and spend more money in the HRTO and Divisional Court to have the Applicants removed from the building.
Because Alto Properties Inc. owner is upset that the Applicants called them out for their behaviour and for enforced their rights to appeal in Divisional Court that it “ affected ” him and “ you hit my business ” and they “ should known better”.
There can be no other determination other than Alto Properties Inc. owners have acted in a reprisal manner against the Applicants
By Alto Properties Inc. owner and Alto Properties Inc. owner getting the Applicants evicted or to move out. They stand to gain a 63% profit in rent from their unit. $1106 verses $1750
Alto Properties Inc. owners retaliated because the “ Black ” called them out for their lack of actions and concerns about by Stella Reddy racially motivated actions of harassment, discriminating and acting in a reprisal manner.
Alto Properties Inc. owner retaliated because the Applicants enforced their rights under the law to appeal the illegal eviction order made by the Social Justice Tribunals Ontario Member Kevin Lundy
Alto Properties Inc. owners retaliated because the Applicants called them out to the HRTO for their participation with Stella Reddy in the continuous harassment and inconveniencing of them.
The list at this point is almost endless, and at some point the Applicants have to stop addressing these endless amounts of misquotes facts, lies and obvious illegal actions of the 3 Respondents.
There as so many inconsistences that could be addressed that it would take the Applicants months just to sit down and cross reference, rebuke and show every lie and misquoted fact and questionable actions on the behalf of the 3 Respondents. It just is not realistic nor is it logical to think that they need or can do it at this time.
The Applicant would challenge any of the 3 Respondents to prove with where the Applicants have lied or mislead the HRTO?
To continue down this long written road of going through their current paperwork and that of the remaining paperwork the Applicants have. It would only continue to confirm that when the 3 Respondents were called out on it by the Applicants in their letters, the 3 Respondents decided to retaliate against the “Black ”Applicant and her family by using their positions with Alto Properties Inc. to achieve it. The whole time encouraging and enabling each other and trying to build a case against them so they could have them removed for multiple benefits.
I got tired of seeing the same old shit all the time online about me and I finally reached the point where I was just fed up with it all. It was time for a “response” rather than just “reacting”.
I now know they will never get anywhere and all their “goals” of having me labelled and ostracized from society will never work. The past couple of years since I left Ontario, have shown me that. No one cares what some random Anonymous person has to say about another on a personally titled website.
People like honesty, transparency, and for them to show themselves!
All the experiences I have had, the people I have met, and the job even I was offered, are all evidence that this Narcissistic Adult Tenant Bullies’ opinions about me are not being taken seriously. I came to see there was no reason to accept what these Anonymous Administrators have to say about a situation now long over.
Why would they be, anyway? Are these Adult Bullies important people? Are these people’s opinions about me really valid and acceptable to anyone in society? Do these Tenants hold any positions of power to make anyone believe them? Will anyone ever accept they had the authority to do what they have done?
With the way this person writes about me, is this a person you would actually go to for advice about me and what I do?
All that negativity, name-calling, and gaslighting, don’t exactly show these people can be trusted with their opinions on anything I do or say. They will always find fault. They can’t be impartial, they will always be negative and malicious with their words.
I have every right to make and post my own website, no matter the topic, and I can have it online for as long as I see fit. I can even make and post a website in my personal name, where I expose all the psychological abuse I put up with from Adult Bullies and show the actions and tactics they did that show their toxicity.
If anyone out there wants to believe these lies online put there by these Bullies, so be it, I don’t need to associate with them. I control who I have in my life and I am very content with the number of people I do associate with. My relationships have value to me, as they earned my trust and my respect. Due to this situation, that is all I look for. Words don’t mean much, it is actions I look at!
Actually, Adult Bullies can thank themselves for my contentment in keeping my circle of friends small. I learned to value what was important in life and as a result, I don’t have any time anymore for fake friends and I don’t need to!
The lessons I learned from this, about people and toxic traits, will stay with me for life. I am now very educated on everything they did to me, so I know I will recognize it so it will never happen again.
