  1. Thank you for this video, Lorrie. I’ve suffered all of these because of that type of abuse. The shaking was especially hard because it would come out of nowhere to the point people would ask if I was afraid of them. It just brought some embarrassment and I didn’t know why it was happening. I’m still mostly homebound.

    1. You have my empathy Kymber. Surviving narcissistic abuse is one of the hardest things a person can go through as far as I am concerned and it takes a lot of courage to get out of. I am glad it didn’t make you bitter!
      I understand being homebound. The lack of faith in humanity, being so afraid of similar situations occurring again, or even fear of being triggered and embarrassing yourself, can hold you back. I give in to those fears myself sometimes, as it is scary.
      In the end though, I realized people will judge me no matter what I do, and I can’t let their judgements stop me from enjoying what I can get out of my life. Besides, I love being outside taking in Mother Nature and no one’s gonna stop me from doing that. I can ignore the people some days and just focus on the birds, plants, and flowers!
